On Dec. 2, Mt. SAC will be hosting a Vocal Jazz Concert featuring their award-winning vocal jazz groups, Frontline and Singcopation. This event is being held in honor of Singopation’s 20th anniversary. Frontline is directed by William McIntosh, and Singcopation is directed by Bruce Rodgers.

Since it’s a celebration for Singcopation, they will be performing some of their favorite musical arrangements from their past. Singcopation has won the Downbeat Magazine Award for the most outstanding collegiate vocal jazz group in the United States 10 times throughout their 20-year history.

The concert will also have surprise guests and two all-star alumni groups who are making their return to Mt. SAC just for this event.
