Mt. SAC’s athletic programs highlight some of the best players across the country. Pandemic-ended seasons did not end each player’s drive to go forward and win for the college.
This week, SAC Sidelines follows Daniel Abdala off the track from his beginnings in sports to becoming one of Mt. SAC’s most dominant runners in cross country and track.

Diego Renteria is the Sports Editor for Mt. SAC Media. He is a Journalism major at Mt. SAC with hopes of transferring to Cal State Long Beach. His goal for after college is to be working in a form of sports management or sports media.
