As May’s Student Equity Speaker, Ms. Carol Kim Chung has her masters in social work and discussed how to cultivate tools of wellness daily.
Practicing self care is meant to create an inclusive conversation, regulate the peace within and strengthen the personal connection between mind, body and soul.
For Carol, she loves to take short walks between meetings to reset. You can do the same, journal daily thoughts, even simply doing nothing can be self-care.
