Mt. SAC’s Dance Department is hosting the Spring Dance Concert from May 18-20 at the Sophia B. Clarke Theater. The event will feature original works from students, as well as contemporary and modern dance styles.

Amongst the dance department, they have three Los Angeles Drama Critics’ Circle Awards, four Los Angeles Ovation Awards, a Grand Prize at the Palm Desert Choreography Festival, and selection at the American College Dance Festival Gala.

Mt. SAC dance alumni have gone on to work on projects such as “Glee” and “So You Think You Can Dance.”

On May 18 and 19, the event is at 8 p.m. and on May 20, it is at 2 p.m. Tickets are $14 for adults, $6 for Mt. SAC students with a student I.D., and $10 for non-Mt. SAC students with a student I.D., for seniors 55+ and children.
