Students interested in Mt. SAC’s Study Abroad program received news last week when it was announced that the winter 2025 location would be Osaka Japan.

The program dates are from January 19 to February 15, 2025, and will be hosted at a local college in Osaka where classes will be held.

Both LING 3 and JAPN 52 are offered abroad, however students will be required to complete JAPN 2 before taking JAPN 52.

Also while abroad, students will be accompanied by Mt. SAC professors Keiko Tsurumi and Don Lee, both of who teach Japanese language courses.

Students will have multiple opportunities for cultural immersion such as a trip to Kyoto during their stay.
