#1: 4th of July is the best holiday.
Fireworks are a main staple of what makes 4th of July the best and if you disagree you are wrong. Who doesn’t like blowing up fireworks while eating great food like hot dogs and burgers? The main reason behind the 4th of July being the best holiday is the family or friends that come to enjoy it with you.
#2: Live action remakes are great movies.
Live action remakes that I actually liked were “The Lion King,” “Alice in Wonderland” and “Mulan” and these movies make the live action movies great. These movies are great because of the use of CGI, set locations and practical effects that improved the way that these movies looked like with the “Lion King,” “Alice in Wonderland” and “Mulan.”
#3: Musical films are the best movies.
With there being many different types of genres to watch for me musicals are the best. I like musicals because of the different types of musical songs, and how they are able to tell an entire story through sets. Some of my favorites include “Hamilton,” “Wicked” and “Les Misérables.”
#4: Dogs are better than cats.
I never understood why people would get any other pet that was not a dog. Dogs are always talked about as man’s best friend and that statement is true. You’re able to tell that a dog is always going to stay loyal to you no matter what. Dogs also have predictive behaviors, making them more lovable than cats are with their mean side mostly showing.
#5: You do not need any sauces to improve food.
For me, whenever I go out to eat or decide to stay home and see someone adding sauces like ketchup, mayo or relish to a burger, or steak sauce to a steak, I don’t think they have good taste. The logic behind this is that if a burger or steak is good, you don’t need any condiments to make it better.
#6: Social media apps have ruined the joy out of getting excited for the movies.
Back in the day of early social media, you were able to scroll relatively spoiler free. Whenever a new movie comes out nowadays, you have to go out of your way to not open apps like Twitter, Instagram and TikTok in order not to get spoiled. With the use of AI and social media it’s getting progressively worse as well.
#7: Tipping should only be used for certain places.
I’m not saying don’t tip people for their services or anything like that. All I’m saying is that with places like fast food places or coffee places, you should not be asked to tip. Places I feel like tipping shouldn’t be required are places that you take 5 seconds to get in and out of. Coffee shops, fast restaurants, things like that.
#8: Jean-shorts are stupid.
Buying jeans shorts is a horrible fashion choice. As someone who wears jeans, if you’re going to buy shorts then you should just buy shorts. Same thing with jeans if you are going to buy, just buy jeans. I never thought I’d ever see something as stupid as jean shorts in my entire life.
#9: French toast is the best breakfast meal of the trinity.
With there being many different breakfast meals to make or order, french toast is the best breakfast out of the trinity. I would choose french toast over the waffles or pancakes, simply because of the texture and flavor. With french toast you get a balance of soft and crunchy that you can get, which the other two options in the trinity don’t have. Another bonus is that with french toast, you don’t need to add anything else to make it good.
#10: Trying on clothes at stores sucks.
Whenever I go to clothing stores with someone, they would always ask me to try on clothes and this is something that I think sucks. I hate that I am wasting my own day. When it comes to getting clothes I always just like buying them and leaving the store whether the store is at a mall and if they don’t fit then I would just return them and that’s why I think that trying on clothes at clothing stores sucks.
