Every June, the annual Los Angeles Pride Parade returns to Hollywood Boulevard celebrating love, inclusion and identity.
Rainbow flags are everywhere when you look in the streets of Los Angeles, as the smell of grilled food comes from the sidewalks of LA Pride 2026, where thousands come together to celebrate inclusion and identity.
The streets of Hollywood Boulevard turn into an explosion of rainbows, where the LGBTQ+ community and allies alike come together to celebrate this year’s theme of “Rise with Pride.” The theme reflects the LGBTQ+ community continuing to prosper despite hardships, as well as celebrating achievements individually and collectively.
Attendees can also partake in live entertainment, interactive workshops, food trucks, giveaways, free admission. Apparel is also available through the LA Pride Merch Store. The festival’s atmosphere is welcoming to everyone of all ages who can engage in activities.
The festival is spearheaded by Pride 365, a nonprofit organization run by the LGBTQ+ community participants who take initiative year-round to support Los Angeles’s LGBTQ+ community through food drives, volunteering, job fairs, mental wellness programs and more. Its operation is available beyond the LA Pride festival upholding everything pride stands for.
LA Pride will take place the weekend of June 12, with the main parade taking place on Sunday, June 14, with performances starting at 1:45 p.m. featuring artists like Cassidy Kind, Princess Superstar and headliner Bentley Pobles. The parade’s starting point is at Sunset at Highland, wrapping around Hollywood Blvd and Cahuenga Blvd, then finishing off at Cahuenga Blvd and Sunset Blvd. From beginning to end the parade is approximately four hours long.

The Pride Village, located on Hollywood Blvd from Gower to Vine, is where guests can participate in pop-up events and interactive workshops, including a movie screening, WNBA pride night, and beauty stations. For attendees 21 and over, complimentary bar sampling will be available. For those wanting to keep it family-friendly, the sober garden, teen pride and family pride zone will have fun activities prepared in Harwood Park.
For guests planning to attend the parade, it’s important to arrive early, as ridesharing like Uber and Lyft is recommended due to heavy traffic. For those driving, be prepared for delays, limited parking meters available and capacity of parking garages. If you’re looking to get ahead, LA Pride is partnered with SpotHero to book parking in advance.
To ensure your comfort, be sure to stay hydrated, bring sunscreen and wear comfortable shoes, as the California sun can be harsh.
The 65th Los Angeles Pride Festival is an engaging oriented safe space for those of all ages and sexualities. If you want to celebrate love, inclusion and diversity within the LGBTQ+ community, check out this year’s pride and prepare yourself for a weekend of nonstop lively and unforgettable memories.
