The Last Of Us II stole the show at The Game Awards, but developers also dropped some groundbreaking announcements

Yesterday was a big day for the gaming community. The Games Awards announced winners in 30 categories, ranging from Best Esports Team to Game of the Year. This show included the world premiere of new games and upcoming content for existing games. The biggest winner is The Last of Us Part II swiping seven awards.

Besides the award-winning games above, here are 10 announcements and upcoming games that you should know.
1. Among Us is introducing a new map “The Airship” in early 2021
2. Fortnite added Halo’s Master Chief skin that is available now and Walking Dead’s Daryl Dixon and Michonne skins coming on Dec. 16.
3. Fall Guys Season 3 is coming on Dec. 15
4. Ruined King: A League of Legends Story is an LoL spinoff game that is coming to PC, Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S in 2021
5. Hero Loop is a role-playing and deck-building game that is coming in 2021
6. Vin Diesel is taming dinosaurs in ARK II and ARK: The Animated Series is announced.
7. It Takes Two is a co-op only game that is coming on Mar. 26
8. Back 4 Blood is very similar to Left 4 Dead and it is coming to PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, and Series X/S on June 22.
9. Hood: Outlaws & Legends is a stealth game that is coming to PS5, PS4, Xbox One, and Series X/S on May 10, or May 7 with pre-order early access.
10. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate introduced Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII and will be playable this month.
There are also a few games that you might want to keep an eye out for but yet to have a release day. These games include the new Mass Effect, the reboot of Perfect Dark, Season and The Callisto Protocol.
