Via the Mt. SAC Path to Recovery email, Mt. San Antonio College announced their partnership with East Valley Community Health Center to provide on-campus vaccination clinics on Thursday, May 13 and May 27.
The clinics will be available for all Mt. SAC employees and students from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the courtyard between Buildings 67A and 67B. Each clinic will provide 600 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine produced by Moderna.
These vaccines require two doses, four weeks apart. Participants will be prompted to make a second appointment four weeks later, on June 10 or June 24, while scheduling the first appointment.
To be eligible for the vaccine, you must: be 18 years or older, and be available to receive the vaccine on either of the scheduled dates at Mt.SAC’s Building 67A courtyard.
Vaccines are by appointment only. Those interested may sign up on My Turn You must follow the prompts, use “Walnut, CA” as address or zip code, choose “Mt SAC by EVCHC – Walnut – Moderna – Both Doses” and the preferred date and time for both appointments then follow the rest of the prompts and confirm appointment.
